Title or Location: Mr Fox
For this 8x10 watercolor painting I used salt on wet paint in the background to give an impression of foliage, and a variety of strong brush strokes in green and blue in the foreground to give the impression of the Fox semi-hidden in grasses. My hope was to convey some of the impish beauty of this elusive woodland creature.

Title or Location: Japanese Garden
This painting was done en plein air at the Memphis Botanic Garden. I am preparing for an art based tour of Provence during which I hope to complete an entire watercolor sketchbook. The painting was done in an A5 cold press Etchr sketchbook. I look forward to those many hours during which nothing exists but the paint and the view.

Title or Location: Time heals all?.
This painting was done with various brands of watercolor on Arches cold press. The reason behind it is healing so if you notice, the heart and roses in the back look decomposed while the rose in front of the top of the heart are coming back to life.
